Paschele Buyer Protection

We guarantee you are satisfied with every step of your shopping experience.  If your item arrives and it is not as described or is not the item shown in the listing photo(s) we will offer your money back.  Contact our customer service department within 3 days for a return request.  Once your claim has been verified we will then issue the refund.

You are covered by the Paschele Protection Policy for every transaction made through the Paschele app!  Our policies are in place for the safety and confidence of all of our paschele members.

If any of these issues pertain to your order you are covered by the Paschele Protection Policy.

  • Wrong or missing item(s)

  • The item was not as described

  • Trades, or transactions made offline

  • Transactions not made through the Paschele platform

  • Item does not fit

Note:  Make sure you do not leave feedback if item was not as described, as this is your confirmation of item received and is the correct item in the listing.  After feedback is left for the seller all sales are final!  If the buyer has not responded within 3 days all sales are final!  After 3 days the sellers funds will be released and no refunds will be issued.

If your item does not arrive within the proper shipping time frame we will track and locate the package.  If unable to locate package we will issue a refund.  If an item is accepted and feedback rating has been left for the seller there will be no refunds issued, thank you!

Paschele Seller Protection

Once the item has been delivered and the buyer has left you a feedback rating your funds will be released to your paschele account.

We allow the buyer up to 3 days to leave a feedback rating!  If after that time you still have not received a feedback rating we will auto-rate the buyer and release the funds to your paschele account.

If item has not been received by the buyer within the proper shipping time frame we will track and locate the package.  We will also make sure the buyer has not requested a return for the item shipped.  Always make sure the item is “as described” and the listing photos are the ones of the item being shipped. This will help you to avoid any return requests, thank you!

If the item(s) you have purchased are misrepresented or are not as described get a full money back refund in original form of payment.  Do not leave feedback of the item at this time!  Any feedback left for the seller is interpreted as item is “as described” and to the buyer’s satisfaction.  Feedback left for the seller is a binding contract for the transaction and no refunds will be issued. Begin a misrepresentation claim to start the return process.

Final sale items such as clearance items, wedding items, and used or opened personal hygiene products are non returnable.  If item(s) are misrepresented in any way, then the buyer is still covered by the Paschele Protection Policy and should submit a return request.


Order cancellations are not allowed and will be reviewed by our returns and complaints experts. 


Any sales and transactions not made through the Paschele platform are not covered by Paschele, llc. misrepresentation claims, the Paschele Protection Policy, or any of their affiliates.
